Bug fix

1. Fixed an issue where a mining claim was intermittently canceled, and registration was released.
   - This problem occurred when there was an issue related to the blockchain node.
   - If there is an issue on the blockchain, it will not be canceled immediately but changed to guide you to try again.

• Holders who have been disadvantaged by bugs that fall under the above items will receive compensation.
